Basic 3-inch Foam Cutting Hot Knife Kit #K11SB

This tool gets hotter than our 4-inch Hot Knife. It is better for cutting denser foams. The K11SB is a combo hand held scroll saw and power drill that cuts foam fast, clean and precisely. The three inch blade is made from thin tough steel, with a unique round shape that slices cleanly in any direction.

Cuts  XPS, polyethylene, Blueboard, EPS, and polypropylene foams. Cuts Pelican Case foam, but be careful as their foam can give off toxic fumes when cut with hot wire cutting tools. Always cut in well ventilated area.

We ship this item with FREE First Class Mail.  The tracking number initiates from our California warehouse. The tool does not include case, foam or instruments in case. International customers will be charged shipping at checkout.

Tools are cvered by a 90 day factory warranty. If it stops working due to a defect, we will repair or replace it at no charge. If the blade has been physically broken, we will replace the 4-Inch blade for $15 plus return shipping.
